“Primorías La Revilla” is a stone built holiday house, detached, fully equipped and furnished. From La Revilla it’s 4 km to San Vicente de la Barquera and 55 km to Santander.

The holiday house has two floors.

• On the ground floor one double bed room, one bedroom with a queen size bed, as well as a fully equipped bathroom (with shower). The full equipped kitchen is attached to a terrace, a big Living/Dining room with chimney. The living room leads to a closed terrace and the garden.

• The first floor has one bedrooms with queen size beds, one double bed room as well as a fully equipped bathroom with shower.

It’s a detached and fully equipped house: fridge, stove, oven, dish washer, microwave, mixer, coffee machine, washing machine, iron, TV, bed clothes, towels.

• Rates include 10% VAT.
• Rates per week only in summer season.
• MS, mid season, from July 1^st to July 15^th and from September 1^st to September 15^th.
• HS, high season, from July 15^th to August 31^st.
• The price of the week does not include heating or wood for the fireplace.
• Minimum stay in winter 2 nights, except for long weekends.
• Minimum stay from July 1^st to August 31^st: 1 week..

Your way to the house Primorías La Revilla, Cantabria

• Before departure from your home country please confirm an estimated arrival time.
• Take the Highway A8 from Santander direction Oviedo.
• Drive pass Torrelavega and Cabezon de la Sal.
• Exit the autovía at exit nº 264, exit to San Vicente de la Barquera.
• Arrive to the roundabout and take right direction to Santander through the old road nº 634.
• Drive for 3kms, (don´t take the exit to the left that indicates Comillas / La Revilla), follow the nº 634 till you see a road restaurant in pink colour called “Bahía de San Vicente”.
• The country house stay very close to the restaurant.
