1-The property is rented for the maximum number of people confirmed on the booking.
2-In order to make the booking we request 50% of the total fee as a deposit. Once we receive the booking fee we will send you a confirmation letter or email with all necessary information for your holiday property.
3- The balance of the rent will be paid on arrival when we give you the keys. At this stage we will also request a 100euro deposit that will be returned to you on the leaving day if all the points in part 4 are completed.
4-The conditions of the return of this deposit are as follow:
a- Leave property clean & in good order.
b- No damage to furniture, beds, electrical goods…etc
c- No complaints from nearby guests.
d- Respect arrival & leaving times.
5- In case of cancellation we will return the booking fee taking in consideration the following conditions:
a- If cancellation is 1 month before arrival we will refund the full booking fee.
b- If cancellation is 20 days before arrival we will refund 75% of the booking fee.
c- If cancellation is 15 days before arrival we will refund 50% of the booking fee.
d- There will be no refund for any cancellation received later than 15 days prior to arrival.
e- We will always refund you the booking fee if we manage to rent the property for the same dates as you requested and subsequently cancelled.
6- The arrival time is after 5pm and the departure time will be 11am unless previously discussed with the manager.
7- The house keeping of the property is responsibility of the tenant during the whole stay.
8- From October until June we will provide free of charge a basket of wood for the fire.
9- During the summer months, (July, August & September) if the heating is needed we will apply winter fees, (prices per night), instead of the weekly fee offered during the summer months.
10- Unfortunately we can’t allow animals.
11- Once the payment of the booking fee and the booking confirmation is received we consider these T & C read and agreed.
