“Primorías Boquerizo” is a newly built holiday house, detached, fully equipped and furnished. From Boquerizo it’s 6 km to Colombres and 18 km to Llanes.
The holiday house has two floors.
- On the ground floor one double bed room, one bedroom with a queen size bed, as well as a fully equipped bathroom (with bathtub) and a separate toilet. The open kitchen is attached to a big Living/Dining room with chimney. The living room leads to a closed terrace and the garden.
- The first floor has two bedrooms with queen size beds, one double bed room, a big hallway as well as a fully equipped bathroom with shower.
It’s a detached and fully equipped house: fridge, glass-ceramic stove, oven, dish washer, microwave, mixer, coffee machine, washing machine, iron, TV, bed clothes, towels.

Your way to the house Primorias Boquerizo, Asturias
- Motorway A8 Santander – Oviedo
- Drive past San Vicente de la Barquera. Should you come from Asturias, drive past Llanes.
- Take the exit La Franca- Colombres, and follow the road Nacional no. 634 direction to El Peral/ Colombres.
- In the village El Peral, next to the gas station take the road to Noriega/Boquerizo (right hand side when come from Llanes, left hand when you come from Cantabria).
- After 3 km you reach a cross road in Noriega. At the signal to Boquerizo turn right.
- After 2 km you reach Boquerizo (a wide spread village, distributed in neighbourhoods, called „barrios“).
- Turn right heading to „Barrio Rozas“, where you will see a Primorías sign.
- The first group of houses you will see on your right is your destination.
