Primorias Llanes is a group of 4 semi- detached houses, with capacity for 10 people per house,  a
fenced plot of land of over 5300m² in La Pereda a village 2km inland from Llanes.

The holiday houses 1 and 2 have 200m² over 2 floors with 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms.

• Ground floor: open plan kitchen, dining room & sitting room with open fire place. It has 2 bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom.

• 1st Floor:1 big bedroom with queen size bed & bathroom, 1 big bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and balcony & 1 bathroom.

Each house is independent with big communal spaces & it comes fully equipped with cutlery, pots, pans, plates, fridge, electric cooker, oven, microwave, blender, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, heating, iron, TV, bbq, bed linen & towels.
Each holiday house has its own covered outdoor area as well as covered & uncovered parking.
