Primorías Prellezo is a group of 2 beautiful semi-detached rural houses, 1km from Berellín beach, Prellezo, Cantabria.
The houses have been recently renovated to offer every comfort, and each has capacity for 12 people. If you need a rural house for a larger group of people, you can rent both together to comfortably accommodate up to 24 people.
Both houses have a small independent, enclosed terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.
Prellezo is a coastal village with a beach, located just 3km from San Vicente de la Barquera.
A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach and nature. An ideal starting point for many excursions in Asturias and Cantabria: Picos de Europa, the Caves of El Soplao and Altamira, Comillas, Santillana del Mar, Cabárceno, Llanes, etc.

How to get here
Our house is located in the village of Prellezo, a coastal village with a beach, 3km from San Vicente de la Barquera, Cantabria.
- Whether you’re coming from Santander (passing San Vicente de la Barquera) or from Oviedo (passing Llanes), you need to take exit nº269 Pesués-Los Tánagos.
- You’ll find a roundabout; take the first exit, the N-634, towards Los Tánagos-San Vicente de la Barquera.
- After 1km along the main road, move to the right-hand side so you can turn left towards Prellezo (it’s signposted).
- This road takes you into the village; pass the church and shortly after there’s a small roundabout. Take the exit on the left.
- Follow the road uphill between the houses (passing the inn’s car park) without turning off, until you reach the bowling green.
- The houses are right opposite the bowling green, on the right as you arrive. Houses nº81 and nº82.
