Accommodation in Camijanes
A group of 3 rural houses with capacity for 4, 6 and 8 people, close to the Caves of El Soplao and San Vicente de la Barquera.
The «Primorías» rural complex makes use of an old Cantabrian farmhouse, restored following the patterns of local architecture. It is located on a working cattle estate inhabited and run by the family, of 23 hectares, with meadows ideal for walking, reading, enjoying the scenery or taking part in farm work. Our 3 rural houses offer rustic, welcoming décor without sacrificing comfort.
Located 2 km from the village of Camijanes, in the Nansa Valley in Cantabria, 15 km from San Vicente de la Barquera, 12 km from the Caves of El Soplao and just 9 km from the Cantabrian motorway, they offer a peaceful spot in nature, with quick road access to Cantabria’s main tourist attractions.
The group of 3 dwellings is spread across 2 nearby houses, within the same private estate, which can be rented independently or together, offering a total capacity of 18 people. The house for 8 people has a large living-dining room with a fireplace, perfect for gathering comfortably with plenty of space.

Our houses are located in the village of Camijanes, 2km along the road towards Cabanón, Cantabria.
- Whether you’re coming from Santander (passing San Vicente de la Barquera) or from Oviedo (passing Llanes), you need to take exit nº269 Pesués-Los Tánagos.
- You’ll find a roundabout; take the second exit towards Puentenansa-Cuevas de El Soplao, and after 1km, crossing over the estuary, you’ll find a turn-off on the left towards Puentenansa-El Soplao, which you should take, the CA-181.
- Continue along this same CA-181 road and after 7km you’ll reach Camijanes.
- After the first Camijanes sign, continue for 1km and pass 2 speed-control traffic lights.
- You’ll find Bar Gloria on the right, and then La Taberna Cossío on the left. Right by La Taberna, turn off to the right (go slowly, it’s on a bend), and go down that local road towards the valley.
- Driving 2km without turning off, following this same road, you’ll pass an old bridge, leave a water trough behind, and shortly after passing a stable on the right, as you start going up a hill, you’ll find the entrance to the Primorías estate on the right.

Outdoor area
Camijanes
Primorías Camijanes is a working cattle estate of more than 23 hectares in the Nansa river valley. In the middle of the estate, 2km from the village of Camijanes, you’ll find the houses.
The whole estate is available for children and adults alike to enjoy the outdoors, the scenery and the nature that surrounds us.
We have a stable area, plenty of meadows for the cows and calves, a small henhouse… plenty of territory to explore, where children learn to roam freely.
