“Primorías Boquerizo” is a newly built rural house, independent and fully equipped, with a private garden of 1000m2. We offer spacious, simple and welcoming spaces, with wood as the main feature.
Boquerizo is a very scattered village. It is located at the entrance to the Valle Oscuro (Dark Valley), offering wide views over the valley that reach as far as the sea. Just 6km from the A8 motorway, 6km from Colombres, with its Museo del Indiano, 18km from Llanes, with 31 beaches, and 20km from San Vicente de la Barquera. It has a great location, perfect as a starting point for many excursions both in Cantabria and Asturias.
The rural house is independent and fully equipped. It is spread over 2 floors:
- Ground floor: a double bedroom and one with a large bed, a full bathroom (with bathtub), a toilet, and a kitchen open to a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace. Access to the covered porch and the 1000m2 garden.
- 1st floor: two bedrooms with a large bed, a double bedroom, a spacious landing, and a full bathroom (shower).
The house is independent and fully equipped: fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee machine, washing machine, iron, TV, bed and bath linen (bath and hand towels).

How to get here
Our houses are located in the village of Boquerizo, a scattered village halfway between Llanes and San Vicente de la Barquera.
- Whether you’re coming from Santander or from Oviedo (passing Llanes), you need to take exit nº277 El Peral – La Franca, and follow the signs towards El Peral.
- In the village of El Peral, at the petrol station, take the turn-off towards Noriega-Boquerizo (to the left if coming from Cantabria, and to the right if coming from Oviedo).
- Continue 3km along the same road without turning off, and you’ll reach a crossroads in Noriega, where Boquerizo is already signposted to the right.
- Continue on the AS-343 for another 2km. Boquerizo is a scattered village divided into hamlets. On the left you’ll pass (without turning off) the sign for Boquerizo Barrio L’Argañosa, and after some tight bends you’ll find a second sign, Boquerizo Barrio Rozas (right next to a bus stop). At this exact point you need to turn right.
- After 100m you’ll find the entrance to the houses on your right, with a “Primorías” sign.
- Casa Azul is the 10-person house; continue along the path for about 100m to reach Casa La Franca, the 8-person house.
