“Primorías La Revilla” is a stone rural house, independent and fully equipped, with a private garden of 1000m2. We offer spacious, simple and welcoming spaces, with wood and stone as the main feature.
La Revilla is a village located above the San Vicente de la Barquera estuary, offering wide views over the estuary and the Picos de Europa. Just 5km from the A8 motorway, 4km from San Vicente de la Barquera and its beaches, 18km from Colombres, with its Museo del Indiano, and 39km from Llanes, another of the area’s great fishing towns. It has a great location, perfect as a starting point for many excursions both in Cantabria and Asturias.
The rural house is independent and fully equipped. It is spread over 2 floors:
- Ground floor: a double bedroom and one with a large bed, a full bathroom (shower), a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace. Access to the covered porch, the rear terrace and the 1000m2 garden.
- 1st floor: a bedroom with a large bed, a double bedroom and a full bathroom (shower).
The house is independent and fully equipped: fridge, 4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee machine, washing machine, iron, TV, hairdryer, bed and bath linen.

Our house is located in the village of La Revilla, a scattered village, 4km from San Vicente de la Barquera, Cantabria.
- Whether you’re coming from Santander or from Oviedo (passing Llanes), you need to take exit nº264 San Vicente de la Barquera.
- At the exit roundabout, continue towards San Vicente de la Barquera.
- You’ll reach the roundabout at the entrance to San Vicente and take the first exit on the right, crossing the bridge towards Santander – Lamadrid.
- Continue along this road for 3km (do not take the Comillas / La Revilla turn-off on the left) and you’ll see a pink roadside restaurant/guesthouse/café on your right called “Bahía de San Vicente”.
- Right opposite, a road leads off to the left, towards Sejo, which you should take.
The rural house’s location, right in the middle of nature, isn’t easy to find if you don’t know the way. That’s why, on this occasion, we recommend that on the day of arrival you have downloaded the video we provide, as well as the Google Maps location — they can be a great help.

Information and Conditions
- Prices include 10% VAT.
- Weekly price only applies in summer season.
- Weekly price does not include heating or firewood.
- Minimum stay in winter is 2 nights, except long weekends.
- Minimum stay from 1 July to 31 August is 1 week.
- MS, mid season, from 1 June to 15 July and from 1 to 15 September (for weekly stays).
- HS, high season, from 15 July to 31 August.
- We offer a cleaning service during your stay, €15/hour (schedule to be arranged subject to availability)
