Large rural houses in Llanes – Primorías 1 and 2 (10 people)
Primorías Llanes is a group of 4 large rural houses, spread across 2 buildings, on a 5,300m2 estate in La Pereda, a small village 2km from Llanes.
Each one has capacity for 10 people, for a total of 20 places. On the same estate we also have another group of two houses, with another 10 places each, which together could host groups of up to 40 people.
Each rural house has more than 200m2, spread over 2 floors, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Houses 1 and 2 are laid out as follows:
- Ground floor: kitchen with a breakfast bar opening onto a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace. Two double bedrooms and one full bathroom (with bathtub). A small laundry room leading out to a terrace that connects the two houses.
- 1st floor: a bedroom with a large bed and en-suite bathroom (shower), a bedroom with a large bed opening onto the balcony, a double bedroom, and a bathroom (shower). These are independent, fully equipped houses: kitchenware, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, iron, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV… Bed linen and towels (bath and hand towels) included.
Each house has its own porch.
Parking area within the estate, also covered.

How to get here
Our rural houses in Llanes are located in the village of La Pereda, Asturias.
- If you’re coming from Santander, take the Cantabrian motorway (Autovía del Cantábrico) to the Llanes / La Pereda exit. After exiting, cross over the motorway (1st roundabout to the left). At the second roundabout you will already see La Pereda signposted (1st exit on the right).
- If you’re coming from Oviedo, stay on the Cantabrian motorway (Autovía del Cantábrico) the whole way to the Llanes exit. As you exit you will reach the roundabout where La Pereda is already signposted (1st exit on the right).
- You are 1.5km from Primorías. You will pass some train tracks, a group of houses, and after a 90º bend you will enter the village (it has 2 signs in a row).
- After the first turn-off on the left (Hotel El Habana), you will find a straight stretch with several houses in a row on the left. At the end of this stretch, just before the bend to the right, turn left following the sign for Valle de Viango.
- 200m from this point you will find the group of houses on your right (enclosed by a stone wall and a wooden fence).
- Continue up the paved road without turning off. First alongside some detached houses on your left, and then, as the road narrows between 2 stone walls, passing a farm on your left.
I created this room with great care and enthusiasm, so that it could become part of our Primorías Llanes houses. And from the union of the room with our accommodation, @espacio.llanes was born.
