Large rural houses in Llanes, in La Pereda, Asturias
Primorías Llanes is a group of 4 large rural houses with a garden, each with capacity for 10 people, and a work room of 65 to 100m2, ideal for organizing workshops and retreats, or a holiday in Llanes. They are located in La Pereda, a small village 2km from Llanes, Asturias. They can be rented together for groups from 10 to 40 people.
In our rural houses in Llanes we offer spacious, simple and comfortable spaces, with a large garden with barbecues, where you can play, take a nap on the porch, or simply linger over a meal in nature.
The Primorías Llanes group of rural houses is located on a 5,300m2 estate in La Pereda, enclosed by hazel, chestnut, laurel and oak trees.
The village of La Pereda, where our houses are located, is 2.5 km from the centre of the town of Llanes, and just 1.5km from the motorway, allowing easy and quick access to destinations such as Ribadesella, Colombres… while still being immersed in a rural setting.
Each of our rural houses has more than 200m2, spread over 2 floors, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
They are large, independent, fully equipped houses, which can be rented separately or together, offering a total capacity of 40 people.
We also offer an additional work space, which can be rented as a complement to the accommodation. A room of 65 to 100m2, next to the Primorías Llanes 3 and 4 houses.

Our rural houses in Llanes are located in the village of La Pereda, Asturias.
- If you’re coming from Santander, take the Cantabrian motorway (Autovía del Cantábrico) to the Llanes / La Pereda exit. After exiting, cross over the motorway (1st roundabout to the left). At the second roundabout you will already see La Pereda signposted (1st exit on the right).
- If you’re coming from Oviedo, stay on the Cantabrian motorway (Autovía del Cantábrico) the whole way to the Llanes exit. As you exit you will reach the roundabout where La Pereda is already signposted (1st exit on the right).
- You are 1.5km from Primorías. You will pass some train tracks, a group of houses, and after a 90º bend you will enter the village (it has 2 signs in a row).
- After the first turn-off on the left (Hotel El Habana), you will find a straight stretch with several houses in a row on the left. At the end of this stretch, just before the bend to the right, turn left following the sign for Valle de Viango.
- 200m from this point you will find the group of houses on your right (enclosed by a stone wall and a wooden fence).
- Continue up the paved road without turning off. First alongside some detached houses on your left, and then, as the road narrows between 2 stone walls, passing a farm on your left.

Information and Conditions
- Prices include 10% VAT.
- Weekly rate only available in summer season.
- Weekly rate does not include heating or firewood.
- Minimum stay in winter: 2 nights, except long holiday weekends.
- Minimum stay from July 1 to August 31: 1 week.
- MS, mid season, from June 1 to July 15 and from September 1 to 15 (for weekly stays).
- HS, high season, from July 15 to August 31.

Our rural houses in Llanes
Our property is divided into two buildings on the same estate, separated by a parking area and a landscaped garden zone. Each of the buildings is divided into two large, independent semi-detached houses. Tourism licence No. AR-620-AS

I created this room with great care and enthusiasm, so that it could become part of our Primorías Llanes houses, and from the union of the room with our accommodation, @espacio.llanes
